"Rent is  due  on  Fridays weekly.  We ask for a deposit of 150 upfront. You can have your breakfast served in your room or you can do whatever you want. Also as you can assume absolutely no alcohol and you may not walk around naked. Water is a rarity, so when there is none we usually listen to the radio."

A lonely single mother runs a struggling artist colony on a secluded island near an empty sea. The only other residents are her teenage daughter who dreams of escape and a middle-aged poet with crippling anxiety. One day the bell rings.

The play explores the potential impacts of climate change, sexual awakenings, creative inspiration and government corruption.
